Colliers reduced its scope one and scope two emissions by 10.1% per square foot over the last 12 months and made significant progress in a number of key ESG areas, according to the firm’s latest annual Impact Report.
The firm said it now managed circa 215m sq ft of green-certified properties, with 285 green certifications held by Colliers employees. In addition, women now account for 39% of the firm’s workforce.
‘Environment, inclusiveness and health and wellbeing’ are three key pillars of the firm’s ‘Elevate the Built Environment’ ESG strategy, which Colliers launched in 2021.
