Colliers has launched a new flexible workspace consultancy team called SmartFlex.
The company has appointed James Walton from Form_ as director to lead the new team. Walton has more than 15 years’ experience in flexible workspace consultancy, including nearly 10 years with The Instant Group.
Walton is joined in the SmartFlex team by former Form_ colleagues Toby Ross, Dan Hart, Simon Skates and Alice Dosher and existing Colliers flex experts Tom Sleigh, Patrick Kennedy and Phoebe Cobb. The team sits within Colliers’ global occupier services organisation.
