SCAPE has recruited Caroline Compton-James into the newly created role of deputy chief executive.
Compton-James was previously public sector director at Osborne and prior to that she was head of construction at the Cabinet Office.
In her new role, she will work alongside SCAPE group chief executive Mark Robinson and focus on expanding the group’s framework capabilities, driving performance across the group and improving customer service.
Robinson said: “As SCAPE looks to enhance its reach and better serve the public sector, we are excited to welcome Caroline to the team. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep knowledge of the built environment, and we look forward to working together to support local authorities in delivering socially sustainable places across the country.”
Compton-James added: “I am delighted to join SCAPE to support Mark and his team. SCAPE offers public sector customers a number of compliant, collaborative and efficient routes to market. I am excited to develop these further to enhance the value we offer our customers and the communities we work within.”
