Mileway has leased a circa 19,000 sq ft unit at Spring Meadow Business Park in Cardiff to TradeChoice Distribution.
The flooring solutions provider has signed a 10-year lease on the newly renovated unit and is relocating from smaller premises in Cardiff.
The £400,000 renovation programme saw Mileway combine, reconfigure and modernise an aging semi-detached industrial unit to create modern warehousing space.
Grace Shackell, senior asset manager at Mileway, said: “Following our comprehensive refurbishment programme, we’re pleased that TradeChoice will be coming to Spring Meadow alongside other customers, including Royal Mail, Afonwen and Roman Glass. The renovation is a perfect example of how we add value to our portfolio of properties in the strongest last mile locations, ensuring they best meet the needs of today’s businesses.”
Tim Lovegrove at TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring, added: “We are delighted to be opening on Spring Meadow Road in Wentloog, Cardiff.
