SAY Property Consultants has promoted Caspar Courage to the role of managing director as part of a series of promotions across the business.
Courage, who has been at SAY for almost a decade and previously led its teams in the rental living and later living sectors, will continue to lead later living alongside his new managing director role.
He will work closely with Debra Yudolph, SAY’s founder and CEO, to continue shaping the firm’s strategic direction and growth.
The company has also promoted Anna MacDonald to director – rental living, and Gareth Bridgman to associate director – regional lead, responsible for driving SAY’s northern expansion from its new Manchester office.
