AM Sci Tech has put Balgownie Lodge on the edge of Aberdeen Innovation Park on the market.

Built in the late 1800s, the 4,780 sq ft lodge, which is available for sale or lease, could be used for a wide range of business concepts, including a wellness spa, dental surgery, medical practice, veterinary centre or boutique professional services.

Gordon Pirie, asset manager at Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks, said: “Balgownie Lodge is one of the most distinctive and picturesque buildings within the park. Its heritage character, combined with the tranquillity of its surroundings, makes it an inspiring base for any business looking to create a welcoming and memorable environment.”

Matt Park, partner at Knight Frank, added: “We’re delighted to bring Balgownie Lodge to the market. Buildings of this character and flexibility rarely become available. Whether buyers are looking for an inspiring workplace, a client-facing business location, or a specialist practice, this property offers huge potential in a highly accessible part of Aberdeen.”
