Greencore Homes has acquired a 13.9-acre residential development site in Puckeridge, East Hertfordshire, for an undisclosed price.
The site, which was promoted by Wates Group, benefits from outline planning consent for 91 homes.
Greencore intends to submit a reserved matters planning application by Summer 2026 and will deliver 91 better than net zero homes on the site using natural materials.

Forsters provided legal services to Greencore Homes on the deal. The landowner’s sales agents was Strutt & Parker and the landowner received legal advice from Birketts and DAC Beachcroft.
