Join Mute, the pioneers of adaptable office architecture, at 5.30pm on 4 February for the exclusive launch of EthosEQ’s new study examining the lifecycle cost efficiency of traditional building solutions compared to Mute Modular rooms during the 10-year lifecycle.

The event, which is taking place at Mute’s showroom at 32 Great Sutton Street, London, EC1V 0NB, features a panel discussion hosted by David Taylor, Editor of London Quarterly NLA, with the panel comprising Lydia Randall, Associate Director at BDG architecture + design, Ross Ellmore, Senior Design Manager at Wates Fit Out, and Gary Helm, Strategic Partnership Lead at Mute.

The panel will explore the 10-year lifecycle cost efficiency comparison, key findings from extensive cost research conducted across 27 markets and three continents and how modularity and adaptability improve the financial efficiency of office investments. Drinks and light appetisers will be served and there will be an opportunity to network before and after the panel discussion.
