Atenor has agreed a deal for the regeneration of a site in Westbourne Park, West London, with joint venture partners Ascendal and YOO Development.
The agreement between Atenor and AYR – a JV between Ascendal and YOO – will unlock the residential-led redevelopment of the Westbourne Park Bus Garage site.
The triangular development site, which hosts the main depot for Tower Transit and RATP Dev’s West London bus operations, will remain in operation as a bus garage, but will be reconfigured to free up a 1.5-acre regeneration plot fronting Grand Union Canal and Great Western Road.
