Avant Homes has agreed a deal to acquire a residential development site at Nafferton, Yorkshire, for an undisclosed price.
Subject to planning, the housebuilder intends to deliver 51 of its practically designed, energy-efficient one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes on the 4.9-acre site, which is located off Markham Lane.
The proposed development, which will have a GDV of £11.6m, will comprise 11 of Avant Homes’ house types, including semi-detached and detached homes. The housebuilder anticipates submitting a planning application for the development in the spring.
Richard Hosie, regional managing director at Avant Homes, said: “Securing this site in Nafferton represents an exciting opportunity for us to deliver our range of practically designed, energy-efficient new homes. Our aim as a housebuilder is to build quality new homes for everyone in locations where people want to live and this development is a perfect example of that commitment. We now look forward to working with East Riding of Yorkshire Council and submitting our plans to help create a vibrant new community.”
