Avison Young UK has appointed Omar Choudhury as a director in the firm’s valuation team in London.
Choudhury, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, joins the firm from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was a director in the national portfolio valuation team. In the past, Choudhury has also enjoyed stints at Glenny LLP, HSBC Corporate Banking Real Estate, JLL and DTZ.
At Avison Young, he will provide valuation services to a range of clients, advising banks, financial institutions, property companies and investment funds.
