The freehold of of former boarding school with redevelopment potential near Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, has hit the market with an undisclosed price tag.
The former St Michael’s College is set within 22.76 acres of land and features a striking Grade II* listed main building, which was used as a location for the 1986 TV film The Worst Witch.
The site offers 72,172 sq ft of floor space across the college building and 13 other buildings. Malvern Hills District Council said the site could be used for education, training, residential development, hospitality, or healthcare purposes.
