Bruntwood SciTech has launched the West Village innovation hub in Leeds city centre following a £20m redevelopment project.
The 230,000 sq ft hub, which is already 75% pre-let, offers a mix of co-working, serviced and leased space on various different lease lengths suitable for businesses of all sizes.
The redevelopment of the former site of West One and Castle House is focused around an expansive new entrance space with shared lounge, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, a café operated by independent retailer Second City Coffee and a central courtyard featuring expansive biophilia.
Bruntwood SciTech has also just completed the refurbishment of workspace at 14 King Street, part of the company’s city centre innovation cluster in Leeds.

The project team at West Village, Bruntwood comprised Robertsons, Cubic Works, 3D Reid, I Want Plants and DWLLP. Ultimate Group carried out the works at 14 King Street. CBRE and Knight Frank are joint agents at West Village and Cushman & Wakefield and Fox Lloyd Jones are agents at 14 King Street.
