CBRE has appointed Sophie Higgins as a senior director in its London occupier team.

Prior to joining CBRE, Higgins held senior leadership roles at Fora (The Office Group) and Knotel, and earlier in her career she worked for Colliers and Hatton Real Estate.

In her new role, Higgins will provide strategic advice to occupiers, drawing on her experience across both the traditional office and flexible workspace sectors. She will be based in the City and will advise clients across all London sub-markets.

Jack Tomlin, head of City occupier transactions at CBRE, said: “It’s an important time for occupiers across all sectors, as businesses reassess their real estate strategies to adapt to changing economic conditions and evolving workforce needs. These shifts present both challenges and opportunities for our clients who are seeking innovative, data-driven solutions. Sophie’s experience in both traditional and flexible markets, combined with her leadership in asset management and partnerships, will make her a hugely valuable addition to our team.”

Higgins added: “I am excited to join CBRE’s market leading team at a time of rapid evolution across they key London geographies and I look forward to supporting our clients in achieving their strategic goals.”
