CEG has completed more than 20,000 sq ft of lettings at Exchange Station in Liverpool’s commercial district.
Existing tenants, Freeths and Macintyre Hudson LLP, have expanded their presence in the building taking 2,200 sq ft and 4,500 sq ft respectively.
CEG has also let 1,200 sq ft to solicitors Anthony Hodari, 7,500 sq ft to engineering company WSP and 4,800 sq ft to virtual insurance specialist Bspoke.
