Feldberg Capital has completed two lettings at the recently refurbished Regal House in Twickenham.
Acting on behalf of its Akoya venture, Feldberg has agreed an upsizing deal with existing tenant FACT Worldwide on 15,433 sq ft on a 10-year lease – a circa 7,000 sq ft increase on the company’s current floorplate.
Work-based training and vocational qualifications company Hawk Management has also signed for 3,097 sq ft on a five-year lease at the 30,000 sq ft building.
Rebecca Hore, associate director at Feldberg Capital, said: “We are proud to be transforming Regal House into a modern, high quality office space with ESG at the heart of the design. These lettings, show there is robust demand for the best ESG-led space from rapidly growing businesses in neighbourhood locations. It’s wonderful to see FACT expand here, they were a Regal House tenant long before we acquired the building, and their renewed commitment is testament to the quality of the new space.”
Eddy Leviten, chief operating officer at FACT Worldwide, added: “We have been calling Regal House our home since 2014 and we are excited to announce our expansion into the newly refurbished space. Regal House is more than just an office space, it is a modern and vibrant hub for business in a location just 20 minutes away from central London. This accessibility is key for our staff and clients and the charm of being close to the restaurants and shops on Twickenham Riverside adds an extra touch of appeal.”
