Revantage Real Estate has completed a flurry of new lease agreements and regears totalling more than 48,000 sq ft at Chiswick Park in West London.

Mitsubishi has increased its European headquarters in Building 11 to more than 13,000 sq ft, Core Power has agreed a five-year lease on 5,000 sq ft of space in Building 5, Paramount Pictures has agreed a regear on its workspace, committing to 24,000 sq ft of office space in Building 5 for a further five years, and Singapore Airlines has committed to a further 10 years at the park, signing a new lease which will see the company relocate from Building 11 to 5,800 sq ft of space in Building 4.

Calum Spence, principal at Revantage Real Estate, the asset management platform established by Blackstone, said: “It is testimony to the enduring appeal of Chiswick Park as a progressive, best-in-class business community that it continues to attract and retain such high-profile occupiers. The range of companies committing their future to the park reflects the overall diversity of multi-sector tenants who call Chiswick Park home. It has been a great start to the year for the campus, with further leasing activity on the horizon and the launch of an impressive programme of events and activities for spring and summer, delivered by the Enjoy-Work team.”

Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield are joint letting agents at Chiswick Park.
