Hammerson has appointed Michelle McGrath as an independent non-executive director with effect from 9 March 2026.
McGrath most recently served as executive director at Shaftesbury Capital where she was responsible for the group’s property portfolio, including investment, asset management, leasing and marketing.
Prior to its merger with Shaftesbury in March 2023, McGrath was a director of Capital & Counties Properties and was responsible for its property portfolio.
Upon her appointment, McGrath will become a member of Hammerson’s remuneration and nomination and governance committees.
Hammerson has also announced that Robert Noel will step down as a member of the company’s remuneration committee with effect from 9 March 2026.
