Knight Frank has made a number of new hires in its industrial and logistics occupational agency team in London and the South East.

Nick Train (pictured) has joined the business from Vokins as a senior surveyor, Valentina Pini has joined the team as a surveyor and Matt Rickman has joined the London lease advisory department as a partner.

Knight Frank’s multidisciplinary industrial and logistics specialists across the region will now sit within a single dedicated team, providing clients with easier access to a wider pool of expertise and services.

The team is led by Gus Haslam, head of London agency within Knight Frank’s industrial and logistics service line, and now comprises nine sector specialists covering London and the South East markets.

Haslam said: “The restructure and further expansion of Knight Frank’s logistics and industrial agency and advisory capabilities in London and the South East reflects the need to continue to provide a ‘best in class’ service to our clients whether they are occupiers or landlords. The unification of our London and South East team under a single umbrella pools our significant regional resource and provides our clients with a one-stop-shop for all leasing and professional work whilst we continue to work closely with our UK service line, investment and asset management colleagues”
