A recently completed retail and leisure scheme in Leeds has been put up for sale with a guide price of £18m+.
St Georges Retail Park, which was built on a circa six-acre former bus depot site by Commercial Development Projects and Rothstone Estates, is located on Middleton Ringroad, Middleton. The park’s tenant mix includes Aldi, B&M, Costa, McDonalds and Greggs.
