Newmark has bolstered its hotels team with three senior appointments.
Ian Elliott and Agata Janda have joined as partners in the valuation and advisory team and Cherise Smith has joined as a partner, specialising in hotel and resort consultancy.
Elliott previously worked for Avison Young where he was head of hotels and prior to that he was head of hotels at Knight Frank.
Janda has more than 15 years’ experience advising on hotel valuations across the UK and Europe. She joins Newmark from Avison Young where she was a director and prior to that she led JLL’s hotel team in Warsaw.
Smith has more than decades of industry experience and joins the business from Colliers where she was a director.
