Torbay Development Agency (TBA) has received approval for the development of 101 new homes on a 4.02 hectare site on the western edge of Paignton.
The development will offer a range of one to four bedroom homes, 30% of which will be affordable.
Boyer coordinated and project managed the application from the pre-application stage through to the planning committee decision.
Jemma Shorrock, associate director in Boyer’s Cardiff office, said: “We are delighted to have achieved this planning consent on behalf of TDA. This is a well thought-through scheme which will deliver much needed homes to this popular town.”
Boyer worked alongside technical consultants at TDA, architects LHC Design, lighting consultant Lighting Bee and environmental consultants Burton Reid Associates on the application.
