Savills has appointed Caroline Pontifex as head of its workplace consultancy and design studio KKS Savills. She succeeds Katrina Kostic Samen who takes on a new role in the firm’s North America business as vice chair and head of Savills workplace studio.
Pontifex has more than 35 years’ experience in the real estate sector and was a partner of KKS Strategy, which was acquired by Savills in 2019.
In her new role, she will be supported by the studio’s leadership team of Yetta Reardon Smith, Carl Mitchell and Paul Butterworth at a new design studio within the firm’s Margaret Street HQ.
