The shortlist for the HomeViews Resident Choice Awards 2025 has been published.
The awards, which take place at 12pm-8pm on 13 February at The Vox in Birmingham, recognise the best operators in the build-to-rent (BTR) sector.
Winners are selected based on a minimum number of verified resident reviews from HomeViews, ensuring that the awards truly reflect the satisfaction and experiences of residents.
At this year’s event, in addition to celebrating category winners HomeViews will also recognise companies in second and third place in key categories, including the Top UK Operator and Community Awards.
Chloe McCallum, head of account success and partner marketing at HomeViews, said: “It’s great to see many familiar names returning to our shortlists, with developments consistently achieving high resident ratings year after year. HomeViews’ extensive coverage, which still exceeds 95%, has also brought numerous new contenders and winners into the spotlight for 2025. This year we’ve introduced additional categories to reflect this growth and diversity.
“At the awards, we’ll discuss how the sector continues to excel and demonstrate resilience, while also celebrating the development that has shown the most improved score in 2025.”
