Barings Real Estate has leased 14,061 sq ft to Starling Bank at its Landmark office development in Manchester.
The digital bank has signed a 10-year lease on the fifth floor of the 180,000 sq ft BREEAM Excellent rated building for its fourth UK office and first Manchester base.
