Richmond & Hillcroft Adult Community College has put the Hillcroft Campus in Surbiton on the market with a price tag of £7m.

The Victorian campus, which occupies a 3.75-acre site, comprises a 24,273 sq ft Grade II listed main building, the 5,188 sq ft 1960s-built Powell House accommodation block and a Grade II listed converted stabled block connected to the main building.

The site offers the potential for continued educational use and/or alternative uses, subject to the necessary planning consents.

Jasper Upton, associate in the education and charities team at Knight Frank, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “This rare opportunity presents an exceptional chance to acquire a substantial educational campus in a highly sought-after Greater London location. The site’s proximity to central London, combined with its historical significance and alternative use potential, makes it an attractive proposition for educational providers or developers seeking to establish a presence in this thriving area.”
