The Ranmore Group has leased 29,807 sq ft across units one and two at Redhiil Aerodrome on King Mill Lane, Surrey, to a classic car storage company.
The company has taken the two warehouse units, which are interconnected via a ramp, on a five-year lease. All of the industrial space at the aerodrome is now occupied, with the only office space available in the main business centre and at Aero 16.
James Griffiths, surveyor at SHW, who acted for The Ranmore Group on the letting, said: “As sole agents at Redhill Aerodrome, we are thrilled to have completed on this industrial letting – the largest in Redhill for many years. With occupier demand bring extremely high we now only have limited office space available at Redhill Aerodrome.”
