Trebor and Hillwood have sold a 55,000 sq ft warehouse in Telford to Soor Capital for an undisclosed price.
The warehouse, which is let to DHL on a 15-year lease, was completed by Trebor and Hillwood in 2023 in the established Hortonwood area of Telford.

It’s a first class building in a great location with an excellent tenant, and we have had strong interest in the opportunity since we completed the lease with DHL last summer. Soor Capital have been an excellent purchaser with a very quick transaction process and we can see the benefit of this high quality property to Soor’s growing UK portfolio.”
