Muse and housing provider Poplar HARCA are about to make a start on site delivering 274 homes at Stroudley Walk in Bromley by Bow, following the appointment of McAleer & Rushe as the design and build contractor.
The new neighbourhood, which has been designed by RM_A Architects, will offer 115 homes available through London Affordable Rent and shared ownership.

It is anticipated that the regeneration project will complete in winter 2025.
