Landsec has received planning permission for the redevelopment of Red Lion Court in Southwark. The Bjarke Ingels Group designed scheme will deliver 230,000 sq ft of Grade A offices, retail and public open space on the banks of the Thames, adjacent to Borough Yards.
Red Lion Court has been designed to be net-zero in both construction and operation and will reuse part of the existing building. Landsec is targeting WELL Core Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding for the redevelopment.

Landsec has appointed Savills and Cushman & Wakefield as leasing agents on Red Lion Court.
