Smart building technology provider Smart Spaces has teamed up with HID to introduce an employee badge in Apple Wallet, allowing employees to gain access to offices with a simple tap of their iPhone or Apple Watch.
The technology, which has been rolled out at 22 Bishopsgate in the City of London, offers secure and seamless building entry and if employees enable ‘Express Mode’ they don’t even need to unlock or wake up their device to use the employee badge.
