Keyland Developments, the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister-company to Yorkshire Water, has entered into a planning promotion agreement (PPA) for land in Hasland, North East Derbyshire, on which it intends to bring forward a new residential development.
Under the terms of the agreement, Keyland will work in partnership with the landowner and its consultant team to promote the site through the planning process, with the aim of securing planning permission for residential development at the earliest opportunity.

The site offers an excellent opportunity to contribute towards local housing needs, and we look forward to working closely with the council and all stakeholders to bring it forward in a sustainable and well-designed ed manner. Importantly, this is a significant PPA for Keyland, as it is our first PPA outside of Yorkshire.”
