Monk Estates is seeking offers in excess of £23m for the Lace Market Point BTR scheme in Nottingham.
The company has instructed Knight Frank to bring the the scheme, which is located in the Lace Market district of the city and comprises 91 apartments – 57 one-bedroom and 34 two-bedroom units – to market.
Lace Market Point boasts a range of resident amenities, including a fully-equipped gym and yoga room, a roof terrace, onsite bar and cafe and ground floor commercial space of circa 2,755 sq ft.
