Quadrant Estates’ senior associate partner Yohance Harper has been crowned the winner of the 2023 ULI UK Talent Award.

The award recognises an individual who has demonstrated huge passion and commitment to driving the best results from both people and projects within the real estate sector.

The ULI jury said it was drawn to Yohance as someone who, “in addition to demonstrating their capacity to drive excellent results within their core work, has shown great commitment to developing the careers of others within the real estate community. And who is an exemplary role model for younger generations.”

Harper, who is ULI UK Young Leaders chair, specialises in strategy, development and asset management at Quadrant and works in partnership with capital partners focused on the UK market.

He is currently working on Osmo, Battersea – a circa 200,000 sq ft new build office located close to the recently opened Battersea Power Station development – as well as the extension and extensive refurbishment of YY, London – the circa 440,000 sq ft former Reuters headquarters in Canary Wharf.

Harper, who is pictured alongside Alexandra Jezeph, senior development manager at TfL and ULI Global governing trustee and ULI European executive council, is an honorary lecturer at UCL’s Bartlett School of planning, visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster, a visiting research fellow at Goldsmiths and an associate tutor at University College of Estate Management.
