Beechcroft has secured a £15.9m funding package from Paragon Development Finance to support the acquisition and development of a new later living scheme in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.
The facility will fundthe purchase of the former Grey House School site in Mount Pleasant on which Beechcroft intends to build 35 homes designed specifically for the over 55’s market.
The development will comprise 31 two-bedroom apartments and four terraced houses and the majority of homes will feature private outdoor space in the form of a garden, terrace or balcony. The amenity provision will include a residents’ lounge, guest suite and on-site office providing estate management and maintenance support.
Construction is due to commence in summer 2026 with the first homes expected to be released to the market in the summer next year.
