Leda Properties has sold a residential development site in Hailey, north of Witney, to affordable housing provider Sovereign Housing Association.
Leda appointed Carter Jonas to undertake a competitive tender process and select a preferred partner to take forward the development proposals for the 2.69-acre site off Giernalls Road.
Acting as planning consultant Carter Jonas also secured outline planning permission for up to nine private homes, which established the principle of development across the site, and, under the terms of a conditional sale agreement, Sovereign subsequently built upon this success by securing full planning permission for a scheme of 22 affordable homes.
