Landsec has received the green light for its circa £1bn O2 Centre masterplan in the heart of Finchley Road, North West London.
Last night, Camden Council’s planning committee resolved to grant planning permission for the new mixed-use urban neighbourhood, which is the largest planning application in Camden since King’s Cross.
The circa £1bn scheme, which sits behind the O2 retail centre, will offer 1,800 energy efficient homes alongside 180,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and other community space.
