Flexible wellness workspace operator Until has taken 8,500 sq ft at Duke Street Property’s 105 Wigmore Street, in London, for its third holistic hub in the capital.
The hub, which will open in September, will feature cutting edge treatment and consultation rooms for physios through to dental and medical consultants, a state-of-the-art gym for personal trainers and a co-working space for members to run their business from.

We have a desire to take prime ground-floor spaces but can also work with underutilised and less desirable lower-ground floors and basements – transforming them into energised and versatile ‘wellcare’ (healthcare and wellness) meccas.”

Until is looking to aiming to launch 40 clubs in over five cities within the UK and internationally within four years and is actively seeking further London locations in Southbank, Victoria and King’s Cross.
