Brighton & Hove planning committee has approved Cathedral’s proposals for the restoration and conversion of the historic Moulsecoomb Place Manor House, Tithe Barn and gardens on Lewes Road into student homes.
In addition to the restoration work, which will see the manor house and Tithe Barn incorporate a public house, restaurant and events space and guest bedrooms, the development will offer 566 purpose-built student rooms in four blocks built to BREEAM Excellent standards.
