Sports and leisure chain Health Track has instructed Savills to help it with its UK wide roll out of health clubs, sports and events facilities and SwimSpas.
The business is formed of three brands: Health Track Clubs, Hddle and SwimSpa. Health Track is currently in negotiations on a number of different sites for its clubs concept and hopes to eventually open 50 throughout the UK. For its clubs it is seeking spaces ranging from 4,500 sq m to 7,000 sq m.
It requires sites of two to five acres for its multi sport centre Hddle concept and for SwimSpa it requires 1,200 sq m of space, with a focus on BTR offices and new developments.
Steve Henderson, retail director at Savills Leeds, said: “We are very excited to be working with Health Track on their entry into the market, with the concept having the potential to transform the community-focused health and fitness sector.
“The multi-brand approach will aim to bring these new concepts to high streets, existing sports clubs and mixed use developments and we look forward to beginning this journey with them.”
