The masterplan for the £360m GDV Curzon Wharf mixed-use development in Birmingham has been given the green light by Birmingham City Council’s planning committee.
Woodbourne Group’s plans to create what it describes as the “world’s first mixed-use net zero carbon development” at a key gateway site to the city, include a 54-storey BTR block, which would be Birmingham’s tallest building, in addition to student accommodation, 130,000 sq ft of office, R&D and life sciences space, more than 3,000 sq ft of retail and more than 15,000 sq ft of leisure.
