Bloom has secured planning consent for a 52,410 sq ft ultra-urban warehouse development in Camberwell, London.
The developer will deliver nine units – designed by Michael Sparks Associates – on the site, which is located on Lilford Road with easy access to the A23, A215 and the South Circular.
Construction of the BREEAM Excellent EPC A-rated units will start in July with completion expected in the second quarter of 2024.
