Frontier Economics has taken 33,000 sq ft at HB Reavis’ 140,000 sq ft Worship Square office development in Shoreditch, London.

HB Reavis is targeting WELL Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding and a 5.5* NABERS rating at the fully net zero carbon building, which is on track to be delivered in early 2024.

Worship Square will include 3,200 specimens of 90 NASA approved air purifying plants, rooftop terraces, an in-house wormery turning food waste into compost for the edible rooftop gardens and a multi-functional fitness studio. Occupiers will also be able to borrow a Brompton bike and access a personalised concierge service through the building’s app.

Marion Franke, director of facilities at Frontier Ecomomics, said: “The transition to net zero is of major importance to many of our clients and is an issue that we are committed to at Frontier. In addition to being a case of ‘practising what you preach,’ Worship Square offers our clients and staff a modern and innovative workspace, suitable for the next stage of our company’s growth.”
