Vistry Group has exchanged contracts with affordable housing provider Sage Homes to deliver hundreds of shared ownership homes under the Home Stepper Housebuilder Shared Ownership model (HBSO).
Initially, the partnership will deliver around 800 homes nationally with a market value of more than £250m.
