Sandyford Properties has completed the refurbishment of two industrial estates in Stoke-on-Trent.
In Hanley, the company has upgraded all of the units at Joiners Square Industrial Estate (pictured) and has let a 1,290 sq ft unit to Devon-based Centristic on a five-year lease at a rent of £8/sq ft. Another two units at the estate, which consists of 58 business units ranging in size from 900-5,000 sq ft, are available to let.
Sandyford has also modernised Newstead Trade Park in Trentham, which forms part of the Newstead Industrial Estate. The park’s 10 units, totalling 44,220 sq ft, have been comprehensively refurbished with new cladding, roofing, roller shutter and pedestrian windows and doors.
Most of the park’s long-standing occupiers have renewed their leases and Glasgow-based Turner ECS has taken a newly refurbished unit of 3,185 sq ft on a five-year lease at a rent of £6.30/sq ft.
