  • BE News has a strict anti-bribery and corruption policy.  You shall not engage in bribery or corruption in any form, and shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption (“ABC Laws”) including but not limited to the Bribery Act 2010 and shall have a zero-tolerance approach to breach of ABC Laws whether it involves private individuals or public officials.
  • You shall never solicit, accept, agree to receive, promise, offer or give a bribe, facilitation payment, kickback or other improper payment. You must ensure that all of your activities are managed in full compliance with all applicable ABC Laws. All of BE News’ activities are managed in full compliance with its anti-bribery and corruption policy and all applicable ABC Laws

If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
