Icon Outlet at The O2 has sealed two significant upsizing deals with existing tenants.

Calvin Klein is increasing its current retail footprint by more than 3,000 sq ft to create a 6,576 sq ft store – an 87% increase – and Lids is upsizing its current store by 50% to 1,471 sq ft.

Bob Durda, president of Lids, said: “Lids is excited to grow our store footprint at The O2 and to be able to deliver an even bigger and better experience for our customers. We opened the doors to our brand-new, larger Lids store on Friday 4 August and are delighted to be welcoming shoppers.”

Louisa Dalgleish, leasing director at Icon Outlet at The O2, which is owned and operated by AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners, added: “To have two internationally renowned brands undertake considerable upsizes, demonstrates their continued commitment to the destination and is a fantastic endorsement for Icon Outlet at The O2’s position as one of London’s most exciting retail destinations.”

KLM and CBRE represent Icon Outlet at The O2. Knight Frank represented Lids.
