Hallam Land has agreed a deal to sell a residential development site with consent for 116 new homes to the west of Potton, Bedfordshire, to Miller Homes South Midlands for an undisclosed price.
Hallam Land entered into an agreement with the landowners in 2016 to promote the site and secured outline planning permission at appeal in September 2025.
The development has outline planning permission for up to 125 new homes, including 30% affordable housing and 10% self and custom-build plots, alongside new bungalows. More than 50% of the site will be retained as public open space and new green infrastructure.
Miller Homes has submitted a reserved matters application for 116 homes and is actively progressing the scheme, with construction expected to commence in early 2027.
