Aquila Holdings has secured three new lettings at its Bond Street premium shopping and leisure destination in Chelmsford.
Home and body cosmetics brand Rituals is set to open a 3,500 sq ft unit in early September, British Womenswear brand Mint Velvet opened a new 4,300 sq ft store this month and Indian Street food brand Mowgli has taken a 3,150 sq ft restaurant with a 1,000 sq ft dedicated outdoor seating space.
