Sovereign Centros has bolstered the casual dining offer at the St Enoch Centre in Glasgow, securing deals with four new restaurant operators.
American chicken wings restaurant Wingstop has taken a 3,175 sq ft unit on a new 15-year lease without breaks and wagamama has agreed a 15-year deal with a break option after 10 years for a 4,615 sq ft restaurant. Wagamama will open in spring next year with Wingstop opening its doors this autumn.
German doner kebab and chicken restaurant YaYas and Asian cuisine specialist Salt and Pepper are also opening restaurants at the shopping centre this autumn.
In addition, Starbucks has relocated to a larger 2,763 sq ft unit in the centre. There is now only one restaurant available at St Enoch in the £50m leisure hub created out of the former BHS store.
Mike Egerton, senior asset manager at Sovereign Centros, said: “These new restaurants significantly broaden our food and beverage offer at St Enoch and complement the Vue cinema and other leisure experiences that are available for all age groups.”
